Why We Do This

At SociaLife, we believe weddings are about more than a single day. They’re about gathering the people you love, slowing down time, and creating a weekend that feels meaningful, intentional, and unmistakably yours.

Our role is to make that experience feel calm and supported—from the very beginning—so you can enjoy the process, stay present, and truly feel like a guest at your own wedding.

The SociaLife Approach

We approach planning as a true partnership. We’re here to listen, guide, and offer perspective—whether that means refining a vision you already love or helping you uncover one you didn’t know how to articulate yet.

Our process blends creative vision with thoughtful logistics, because the best celebrations are built on both. We consider how design, timing, flow, and environment work together to shape the guest experience, ensuring every detail feels cohesive, intentional, and well-considered.

Behind the scenes, we manage the moving pieces so planning feels organized, collaborative, and never overwhelming.

This couldn't have been done without the help from Kelly and the team at SociaLife.

Our Story

SociaLife was shaped by a lifelong immersion in weddings and creative work. Founder Kelly Fregon grew up in the wedding industry, beginning her career in her father’s photography studio, where she learned the importance of capturing fleeting, emotional moments and the stories behind them.

With a background in marketing and graphic design—and experience spanning photography and floral design—Kelly developed an approach that balances creativity with structure. That foundation continues to guide the entire SociaLife team today.

Our planners bring experience from across the hospitality and creative worlds, including catering, venue management, graphic and stationery design, and event production. This depth allows us to approach each celebration with confidence, collaboration, and a shared understanding of how all the pieces come together—so our couples can feel fully supported every step of the way.

Our Boutique Promise

We intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year. This allows us to remain fully present, genuinely available, and deeply invested in every celebration we’re part of.

Our couples aren’t one of many—they’re our focus. From the earliest conversations through the final moments of the weekend, we’re committed to providing thoughtful guidance, steady support, and a planning experience that feels personal from start to finish.

Our Favorite
Wedding Moment

Our favorite moment at every wedding is the reveal—the first time our couples see their vision brought to life. It’s a quiet pause before the celebration begins, when months of planning transform into something real, emotional, and unforgettable.

Let’s Connect!
