A Dramatic, Candlelit Celebration at Cedar Lakes Estate
Carly and Harris were married during a beautiful June weekend at Cedar Lakes Estate, with a vision rooted in black-tie elegance and romantic intimacy—despite a large guest count. From the very start, the weekend felt elevated and celebratory. Guests arrived on-site and gathered for a lively welcome party filled with live music, dancing, and heartfelt speeches from family and friends. The following day began with mimosas and Bloody Marys before guests joined organized activities across the property, including kickball, pickleball, and water sports. After an emotional first look, Carly and Harris shared a meaningful ketubah signing before making their way to the ceremony.
The ceremony featured one of the most breathtaking chuppahs of the season—a dramatic ten-foot structure fully dressed in lush greenery and soft white florals, glowing as golden-hour light filtered through the trees. The aisle was lined with layered greenery and delicate blooms, creating a natural yet refined approach. During cocktail hour, guests found their seats via a custom panel escort display with personalized envelopes while enjoying an array of passed hors d’oeuvres and stations. When doors opened to the reception, guests were met with a showstopping scene: a ceiling blanketed in hanging greenery, white florals, and chandeliers, echoed by suspended floral installations above select long tables. Black chairs and a sleek dance floor grounded the space, while tall crystal candelabras added a warm, twinkling glow. The evening unfolded with undeniable romance—perfectly reflecting the love Carly and Harris share.
