A Cherry Blossom–Inspired Wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate
Sara and Brad were married during a beautiful early May weekend at Cedar Lakes Estate, when the property was in full bloom and glowing with fresh spring greens. Leaning into the season, they began their celebration with an intimate, garden-inspired welcome dinner featuring potted floral centerpieces that guests later took home as a keepsake. A moss-covered escort display with miniature floral picks guided guests to their seats, setting the tone for a relaxed evening filled with thoughtful details, heartfelt speeches, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The wedding day kicked off with a spirited kickball game on the sports field before Sara and Brad transitioned into preparations. Choosing a traditional approach, the couple waited to see one another for the first time at the ceremony—an emotional moment framed by the lush spring landscape. During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres while browsing a custom seating display that echoed the invitation envelope liners, as the couple captured family and wedding party portraits. Inside the barn, spring truly came to life with blooming cherry blossom branches and a striking installation of baby’s breath clouds floating above the dance floor. A custom vinyl dance floor paired with sage green lounge seating invited guests to celebrate late into the night—culminating in a joyful moment when the couple jumped on stage to sing along with the band.
